International Scientific Conference "Russia a Hundred Years after the Revolution: Causes and Consequences"
On April 27-28, 2017 the International Laboratory for the Study of Russian and European Intellectual Dialogue conducted its first scientific conference with participation of the following foreign partners: the Institute for the Study of Central and Eastern Europe, Eichstätt, the University of Granada and the Estonian Euroacademy.
Three HSE Journals to Be Indexed by Scopus
Three HSE journals — Public Administration Issues (Voprosy Gosudarstvennogo i Munitsypal’nogo Upravleniya), Psychology. Journal of the Higher School of Economics (Psychologiya. Zhurnal Vysshey Shkoly Economiki) and The Russian Sociological Review (Sociologicheskoye Obozreniye) — are to be indexed by Scopus. The editorial boards of these journals have already been officially notified by Elsevier.

The special issue of "Russian Sociological Review" (Volume 13, № 4) came out, dedicated to the topic "Borders: Merging, Emerging, Emergent". This issues includes the papers by Ioannis Trisokkas, Joel Walmsley and Cara Nine, Serghei Golunov, Tatiana Weiser, Svetlana Ban'kovskaya, Ilkka Liikanen, Kateryna Pashkovska, Amanda Russell Beattie, and the book review by Irina Trotsuk.
New Master’s Programme on ‘Philosophy, Politics and Economics’ Starts at the HSE
In 2014, an innovative master’s programme on ‘Philosophy, Politics and Economics’ (PPE) will open at the HSE. The new programme is a result of cooperation between several HSE faculties: Political Science, Economics, Philosophy, and World Economy and International Affairs. Witten/Herdecke University (Germany) is an international partner of the programme.
