'HSE University Taught Me to Think Critically'
Alexandra Kislyonkova, 27, originally from Kazakhstan, graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Social Informatics from HSE University in St Petersburg. After completing her bachelor's, Alexandra pursued a master’s in the 'Science of Learning and Assessment' programme at HSE University in Moscow. Alexandra is currently a PhD student in the Quantitative Methods, Measurement, and Statistics programme at the University of California, Merced, where she also holds a teaching position in the Psychology programme. Arina Bykova is a 2020 graduate of the Bachelor's programme 'Sociology and Social Informatics'. Master's Programme 'Data Analytics for Politics and Society' Launches Double Degree Track

Sociology in Education and Science Laboratory on the ID Conference
In the middle of October 2019, a big conference took place: the ID Conference, dedicated to the subjects of migration and diversity. Sociology in Education and Science Laboratory has organized a whole section on this conference - a section on «Migration, inequality, and identity», as well as presented works by Daniel Alexandrov and Svetlana Savelieva.
