Annotation:
A systematic approach to the problems of strategic management and planning of the military-industrial complex (MIC) is presented. A conceptual description of the hierarchical game-theoretic model of the production block of the military-industrial complex, a model for analyzing the balances of financial flows and models of the military-industrial complex as a block in the system model of economic development are demonstrated. Modelling technologies that continue the tradition of considering decision-making processes from the point of view of the domestic theory of operations research are used.
