Anti-COVID Task Force Introduces New Measures on Account of the Pandemic
The University Anti-COVID Task Force has introduced new restrictions at HSE University.
To restrict access to HSE University buildings, students' electronic passes will be blocked until February 6, 2021. Students will not be allowed to enter any of the buildings.
Only the students of degree programmes that have offline classes will be able to enter the buildings on the days they have in-person classes.
Students will also be able to visit libraries by a preliminary appointment. The number of library visitors will be limited.
Sports events on the territory of HSE buildings, as well as all events in the Cultural Centre at HSE on Pokrovsky Boulevard (except for technical support of online events) are to be temporary suspended. All gyms will remain closed.
The access to HSE dormitories will also be restricted: only students who live in the building can enter. Ten HSE buses on the routes ‘Dubki Student Campus - Odintsovo station - Dubki Student Campus’ will be canceled.
Students who decide to return home during the pandemic will be exempt from paying for dorm fees for the period of actual absence between July 1 and December 31, 2020.
