Careers and Graduate Destinations

B.A. holders in International Studies can pursue a vast array of job opportunities. They may follow careers in business, including positions at domestic and global enterprises. They can also start careers in the public sector in governmental, semi-governmental, nongovernmental, and international organizations. Some may find work in the mass media, both domestic and international, upon graduation.

Internships held at state, municipal, social, commercial and non-profit institutions or HSE subdivisions help students gain professional experience in line with their Major and Minor fields of study – East Asian Studies, Global Business or International Relations.

The programme holds job-related seminars with professionals from various sectors, as well as mentorship programmes between graduates and current students.

B.A. holders in International Studies are also encouraged to continue their studies at the graduate level both in Russian, Korean and other foreign universities.
