Tuition fee
The tuition fee of the International Bachelor's Programme in Economics and Finance is from 200,000 to 800,000 RUB per year (depending on the level of tuition fee discount) in the academic year 2024/2025.
Tuition fee scholarships
ICEF BSs programme offers a flexible system of tuition fee discounts (patrial scholarships) for prospective international students and BSc international students with high academic achievement. According to ICEF statistics, every year more than 60% of first year international students receive a discount (partial scolarship) from 15% to 100% of a tuition fee (in 2024 all accepted international student got a partial discount).
The size of a discount (partial scholarship) for freshmen is based on the entrance examination results and the results of various academic Olympiads.

Partial scholarships based on entrance examination
Scholarship based on entrance examination to be provided to all applicants. It is calculated with the weighted sum for two entrance exams: Mathematics and English language.
Weighted sum is calculated as the sum of
- exam mark for Mathematics multiplied by 2,
- exam mark for English multiplied by 1.
Partial scholarships are assigned as follows based on weighed sum of entry examination results:

Partial scholarships are set for the first year of study.
Terms of receiving/extending scholarships on subsequent years
In subsequent years of study, a partial scholarship is assigned depending on the student's performance and his/her place in the final ranking for the year (at least 72 places with partial scholarships from 15% to 75%).
In addition to this number in each course, students are added who received “protected” partial scholarships upon admission to the program and fulfilled preferential conditions for extending these scholarship for the next year. See paragraph 3.5.8 of Regulations on Provision of Tuition Discounts 2023 for details.
As a result, about half of 2nd-4th year students receive partial scholarships at ICEF.
