Sergey Dubinin’s lecture at ICEF
At ICEF on March 17th, Sergey Dubinin gave a lecture entitled “The Formation and Development of the Financial Systems of the Russian Federation”.
Sergey Dubinin is one of the most famous Russian economists and senior executives; he was the chairman of the Central Bank of Russia from 1995 to 1998, and is a member of the supervisory committee of VTB and the board of directors of VTB Capital. He holds a doctorate in Economic Sciences, has authored many books and articles about the Russian economy and its financial system, in whose formation he was directly involved.
Dr Dubinin is one of ICEF’s founders, and since 1997 has been a permanent member of the Board of Trustees.
