HSE has launched English Preparatory Programme in Economics
- Entry requirements: selected applicants will be asked to complete online assessment in the English language and face-to-face testing in Mathematics
- Duration: February – August 2021
- Enrollment dates: February 1 - 15th, 2021
- Final assessment: July 2021
Tuition fee: 150,000 rubles. The fees are payable at the time of enrolment in Russian rubles in full (100%). No installments or deferred payments
Additional costs: visa costs, accommodation, medical insurance and training materials

Certificate of completion
After completing the programme, students take exams in the English language and subject-specific disciplines. Students, who pass their exams successfully, receive certificate of completion.
A student who fails at least one exam during the final assessment is not eligible to receive a certificate of completion. In this case a student will receive a signed and stamped transcript of records issued on HSE official letterhead. Successful graduates of the English Preparatory Programme in Economics are eligible to a 50% scholarship on further tuition-paid degree programmes.
