At 22 he became the youngest аssociate of McKinsey in Europe ever, and now he is one of the top managers in Gett – a global technology platform. New ICEF Full Time Academics

Ekaterina Kolchina Graduated from HSE ICEF with a bachelor’s in economics and finance. She then received her master’s in management from London Business School. Kolchina interned at KPMG before joining McKinsey in Moscow. While at McKinsey, she also worked on projects in Great Britain and Spain. After heading the project management office at Letovo School, Kolchina became deputy CEO of Papa John’s in Russia and the CIS.
