Transfer to Educational Program
Transfer to the educational programme 'the International Bachelor's Programme in Economics and Finance' is carried out in accordance with the HSE regulatory documents:
From other Academic Institutions
The transfer of students to the Programme is carried out in 3 periods - in June (summer period), in December (winter period) and in August-September (additional period).
The transfer procedure is carried out according to the following schedule:

| Reception of applications for transfer | 1-10 June | 1-17 December | 22 August – 5 September |
| Conducting certification tests | 11-17 June | 17-25 December | 1-10 September |
| Making a decision on the transfer by the certification commission | 18-30 June | 17-30 December | 10- 30 September |
Documents to be provided:
• certificate of study at the University indicating the form of study;
• academic transcript or transcript (indicating disciplines, general and classroom hours and credits).
