Today, March 4, at 6:00 p.m., a research seminar by Sander Aaron Garrett will be held on the topic "Scrutinising European Cohesion: Prospects for European Flexibility and Hedging in Central Eastern Europe".

The number of HSE students who successfully passed the exams conducted at the University of London in 2018 was significantly higher than the average for other universities participating in the international programme there. HSE received the status of Recognized Teaching Centre.

Richard Sakwa is Professor of Russian and European Politics at the University of Kent at Canterbury and an Associate Fellow of the Russia and Eurasia Programme at the Royal Institute of International Affairs, Chatham House. He has published widely on Soviet, Russian, European and post-communist affairs.
