Requirements

The admission of international students is based on History (min. 55 points out of 100) and English language (min. 75 points out of 100) examinations, conducted by the HSE.

Proficiency in English:
HSE International Bachelor's Programme in World Politics is led entirely in English. Therefore, high level of proficiency in the language is needed.
As an additional advantage for the applicant, we accept and consider IELTS, TOEFL, CPE, CAE certificates. Lack of certificates does not remove you from admission process.
