The 13th International Conference "Actual Problems of Electron Devices and Engineering" (APEDE’2018)

From September 27 to September 28, in the city of Saratov on the basis of the department "Electronic devices and devices" of the School of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering of the Yuri Gagarin State Technical University of Saratov, the 13th International Conference "Actual Problems of Electron Devices and Engineering" (APEDE’2018) was held. The conference is held with the support of the International Institute of Electronics and Electrical Engineering (IEEE) and traditionally gathers scientists from cities in Russia and the near and far abroad. This year, representatives of Russia, Canada, the Republic of Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Ukraine took part in the conference.

MIEM HSE at the conference was represented by the staff of the School of Electronic Engineering: Professor V. Nefedov, Professor Yu. Mozgovoy. and Assistant S. Presnyakov, who made oral presentations at the sections “Microwave Theory and Technics” and “Vacuum Microelectronics and Nanoelectronics”.
