Organization and Implementation of Final State Certification
The Final State Certification (FSC) is an obligatory part of a higher education programme (HEP). It is organized for all final-year students in accordance with the Regulations for FSC of Students of Bachelor’s, Specialist and Master’s Programmes at National Research University Higher School of Economics (the Regulations).
