Аннотация

Настоящий курс призван познакомить студентов с современными подходами к определению природы и сущностных свойств государства как исторического и политического феномена. Государство будет рассмотрено в динамике его становления и трансформации от классических форм 17 века к современным гибридным формам, возникновение которых сопряжено с развитием международных структур, транснациональных корпораций, виртуализацией общественных отношений. Сохраняет ли государство свои привычные монополии? Существуют ли сегодня конкуренты государству в политическом поле? Каково будущее государства? Эти вопросы станут предметом обсуждения в рамках настоящего курса.

Цель освоения дисциплины

• • дать представление об основных достижениях современных исторических, социологических и политологических исследований феномена государства; • сформировать аналитические навыки и теоретическую рамку, необходимые для успешного проведения правовых исследований институтов государства.

• Знает основные предпосылки формирования вестфальской системы
• Знает отличия национального государства от иных видов политико-правовых образований
• Знает основные проблемы, связанные с феноменом территориальной организации государства
• Знает основные проблемы, связанные с вопросом легитимности государства
• Знает основные проблемы, связанные с современным политическим процессом в демократических государствах
• Знает основные теоретические проблемы, связанные с государственным принуждением
• Знает основные проблемы, связанные с феноменами нации и гражданства
• Знает основные модели взаимодействия государства и экономической системы и их критику
• Знает основные современные теории справедливой войны
