About us

Centre for Cognition & Decision Making (CCDM) became operational in 2014 as amajor new development in cognitive scienceand neuroscience research in Russia.
CCDM focuses on interdisciplinary approaches and encompasses several research directions, including decision making (neuroeconomics), neurodynamics, psychophysiology and neurobiology of language, attention and memory as well as theoretical neuroscience and neuroimaging.

We use EEG, MEG, fMRI, TMS and other experimental methodologies to study the fundamental mechanisms of cognition. We are also actively involved indeveloping novel neurotechnologies. Our multidisciplinary team includes experts inpsychology, cognitive neuroscience, economics,mathematics, engineering, physics,linguistics, medical and computer science.

We produce world-class research to further our understanding of mind and brain in health and disease and to develop novel neurotechnological applications.
