Why do I have to get vaccinated?
Chief state sanitary doctor of Moscow Elena Andreeva signed a decree on mandatory vaccination of employees in certain areas, including education. This means that all HSE University staff who work full-time, as well as independent contractors who work on the university's territory, must get vaccinated against coronavirus infection. An exception is made only for employees who have a medical exemption.
What are the terms for vaccination?
Employees must receive the first component of the vaccine by July 15, 2021
The second component must be received by August 15.
Can I get vaccinated at HSE University?
You can get your shot at HSE Pokrovka complex (Rooms М106 and М107) daily. In order to meet the target rate, the University has extended the vaccination hours: the office will be open from 09:00 to 21:00.

Absolutely. Moreover, free vaccination at HSE University is the easiest way to get vaccinated for international staff and students. If you wish to get vaccinated, please fill in the online registration form. Be sure you have your ID with you when you go to the medical office for vaccination.

Where can a foreign citizen take a PCR COVID test?
For free at HSE University. Preliminary registration via MyHSE profile is required. On a paid basis at any clinic that offers it.
Where can a foreign citizen get tested for COVID-19 antibodies?
On a paid basis only, at any clinic that offers it. Antibody tests are not offered at HSE University.
What should a foreign citizen do if they get sick (with a fever or other symptoms of a respiratory infection)?
Doctors from Medincentre clinic do not make home visits to patients with a fever (this is a state regulation for the period of the pandemic)

If you receive a positive PCR test result, the local state outpatient clinic will be responsible for your treatment (a local doctor pays you a visit, a CT scan is performed by emergency medical technicians, etc). The laboratory that processes your test result automatically sends the information to the clinic.
