Course Syllabus
Abstract
The purpose of the seminar is to individually help students with the aim of developing their careers, identifying points of their professional growth. The work at the seminar will help determine research interests, navigate the labor market in the field of education and assessment. The focus of the first year of the seminar will be on the networking strategies and extending networking practice in the field of academia and EdTech.

- Students evaluate the results of their efforts and develop or amend their plans according to the results of their audit.

- Students work in a group planning and organising a scientific event.

- Goal setting. Flash-talk technologies.

- Flash talkPrepare a creative 2-minute pre-recorded video describing their career plan.
- Networking activityOrganize, plan, and announce a guest lecture
- Participation and engagmentPeer review activities (e.g., provide feedback to presentations of classmates). Summarize topics discussed in class. Search for answers to questions that emerged in class discussion. Graded pass or fail and should be a final result that goes in diploma
