Promotion Program Development for the Hotel

The relevance of the topic of work is due to high competition in the market of hotel services. The paper considers the problem of developing an effective promotion program. In the process of work such analyses as analysis of marketing activities, analysis of competitive environment, analysis of consumers and analysis of the existing promotion program were carried out. The work included a survey of guests to identify the most effective channels of marketing communications, as well as an interview with the company's marketer to identify the current methods of promotion of the company. The work resulted in recommendations to improve the promotion program, including specific measures to attract customers and increase brand awareness of the Four Elements Perm hotel.
