Student: Daniil Alekseev

Faculty: Part-Time Education Faculty of Economics and Management

Educational Programme: Management and Business Administration (Bachelor)

Year of Graduation: 2025

The relevance of this work is justified by the necessity of effective management of project risks in the dynamic environment of modern business, which is a key factor in achieving successful outcomes. This work addresses the issue of insufficient attention to systematic risk monitoring within a specific project team at JSC "GNIVC," which, in turn, leads to increased costs and a decline in the quality of implemented projects. To address this problem, specific steps and methodologies are proposed, aimed at identifying and assessing risks, implementing key risk indicators, and establishing a risk monitoring process. The results of the research revealed a significant amount of uncertainty in the project under consideration, with a large portion of critical risks being manageable. This indicates the high effectiveness of the proposed risk monitoring program, which can significantly enhance risk management and reduce their negative impact on the project compared to the current situation, where risk management is virtually nonexistent. In conclusion, the results of this work may serve as a foundation for developing a risk management culture within the project team, and subsequently within JSC "GNIVC," thereby contributing to the increased success of projects.
