1. Regional higher education system of the Ryazan region The product is a study of the higher education system of the Ryazan region. The study was commissioned by Ryazan State University (RSU) for presentation at the Council of Rectors of the Ryazan Region. The goal of the project is to offer approaches and tools to increase the competitiveness of the higher education system of the Ryazan region. A general concept for the development of a regional system of higher education and interaction of universities in the Ryazan region has been developed in the context of the "Strategy for the socio-economic development of the Ryazan region until 2030," taking into account the sectoral specifics of universities and the geographical location of the region. A feature of the project is the use of marketing analysis methods (analysis of search queries as a tool for analyzing the desires of applicants preceding the submission of documents). 2. Is there an alternative to ROPs? (Case of Perm State National Research University) The presented case was developed as an educational product for the Perm State National Research University (PSNIU). The purpose of the problem-oriented case is to immerse the leadership of the university and individual structural divisions (and personnel reserve) in the problems of educational program management models. The case has a number of features: a retrospective presentation of the problem situation within one university, an artistic form of presentation of the material, visualization tools. The development group piloted and tested the case as part of the educational process, proposed a case solution toolkit, which includes mapping the functionality of participants in the educational process in the context of managing the educational product (based on the responsibility matrix). 3. Modernization of the agrarian university model based on modern trends in the development of the agro-industrial complex (article) In this product, an analysis of domestic and foreign trends in the development of the agricultural sector and higher education was carried out to determine future directions for the development of higher agricultural education. The systematization of modern trends, formats and technologies of education, challenges, factors and risks was made on the basis of the construction of the Ishikawa Diagram, which made it possible to visualize and structure information to diagnose problems and determine ways to solve them. The product also considered the modern typology of agricultural universities, and highlighted the most viable types. The authors propose the transformation of key agricultural universities in Russia into sectoral research, according to the principle of Wageningen University and Research Center (Netherlands). This will allow you to train highly qualified specialists capable of creating and implementing innovations. In order for agricultural universities to respond to future changes in agricultural production at a faster pace, the authors proposed a model of an agricultural university with a dynamic organizational structure in the kaizen transformation system.
