The product portfolio consists of three products: case study, guide to tests, note on regional analytics. Case study “Lost in Translation: Difficulties of translation in practice” was developed by order of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "IRNTU" with the aim of finding a systematic solution to the problem of practical training for foreign students studying in English-language programs. As a result of work, a universal portfolio of proposals was created for the implementation of practical training for foreign students on the territory of the university and its industrial partners. The proposal regarding the development of the INRTU Career Center, was accepted for implementation. The “Study and Work on Baikal” program supporting the Center’s work received grant from the Agency for Strategic Initiatives in December 2024. «Tests and Attitudes to Testing in Universities: Difficulties and Solutions» is a comprehensive study, work on which included: assessment of factors in the use of tests by university teachers as assessment tools; analysis of the quality of test materials of internal examinations; development of methodological materials for creating test assessment tools. A survey was conducted, which confirmed the existence of a connection between the attitude of university teachers to tests as an assessment method and awareness of the methodology for developing tests. The mechanism for assessing the quality of internal entrance tests was presented. Educational cards for creating test assessment tools have been developed. The outcomes are planned to implement by the universities to enhance quality of tests. The product is the working tool for test’s creators, the clear format of the recommendations saves time, creates a positive attitude towards test tasks, and helps improve the quality of tests at the university. Regional Higher Education System in the Context of the Flow of Applicants and Graduates of Universities in the Lipetsk Region. The goal is to analyze the regional higher education system, study problems and develop recommendations for the development of the higher education system. An economic analysis of the region, an analysis of human resources, an assessment of the influence of the demographic structure on the state of the regional higher education system, and an analysis of the regional higher education system in the context of the flow of applicants and graduates were carried out. The following problems have been identified: regional school graduates migration to neighboring regions, personnel shortage, lack of applicants, and a decrease in the quality of admission to regional universities. Proposals for the development of the higher education system in the region have been prepared. The focus is made to proposals regarding attracting applicants for medical and pedagogical specialties and creating decent standards of living for graduates-future specialists in the region. The product was highly appreciated by the Ministry of Education of the Lipetsk Region and recommended for use in a strategy for the development of regional higher education& Some of the proposals were introduced into the Development Program of the Yelets State University named after I. A. Bunin until 2032.
