Development of network partnerships with Russian universities in the field of socio-humanitarian research. This part is an individual development of a digital internship project at the HSE University Partnership Center on the topic "Internal Migration in Russia: trends and new research approaches." The digital internship program was developed by order and in cooperation with the Association of Russian Social Geographers (ARGO). The digital internship program on the topic "Internal migration in Russia: trends and new research approaches" currently has no analogues both in terms of its form and content. The digital internship is designed to enhance the competencies of young migration researchers from regional universities and provide conditions for creating new forms of network university partnership to solve scientific and educational problems in this field. 2. To Survive and to Flourish: Fate of a Classical University in A Small Town. This product is the result of teamwork to create possible scenarios for the development of events in the context of attempts to join a small university to a larger one, as well as possible strategies to counter such takeover attempts. The product specifically considers the case of I.A. Bunin Yelets State University, which has avoided the takeover process now. The product has a unique character, since there are practically no described and studied absorption processes of universities in the regions. The case may be interesting both for studying similar situations with other regional universities in case of their occurrence, as it offers possible counteraction strategies, and can also be used as teaching material in the educational process at the HSE Institute of Education in the master's program "Higher Education Management". 3. Regional Higher Education System in the Context of the Flow of Applicants and Graduates of Universities in the Lipetsk Region. This product is the result of teamwork in analyzing the current situation and developing recommendations for the Ministry of Education and the rectors of universities in the Lipetsk region in the context of the struggle for applicants and educational flows. The product may be interesting for representatives of government authorities, university management, the scientific and pedagogical community, as well as researchers of the regional higher education system and educational migration.
