This graduation qualification work presents three products:. 1. ANALYSIS OF THE ARCHANGELSK REGION SYSTEM OF HIGHER EDUCATION IN THE CONTEXT OF HIGH COMPETITION The product was dedicated to conducting an analysis of the regional higher education system in the Arkhangelsk region amid high competition. The purpose of the research: to propose approaches and tools that contribute to reducing the outflow of applicants and students from the region, i.e., enhancing the competitiveness of the regional education system. Achieving this goal will facilitate the acceleration of regional socio-economic development. The main problems of the higher education system development in the Arkhangelsk region were identified, and recommendations for its development were formulated. These are divided into two blocks. The first block relates to measures taken at the regional and federal levels that contribute to the development of the regional education system. The second block was developed by a group and aimed at increasing the efficiency of higher education in the region. 2. CANCEL VS. CONTINUE: THE CASE OF NOVOSIBIRSK STATE UNIVERSITY OF ECONOMICS AND MANAGEMENT IN TRAINING ECONOMISTS AND MANAGERS . The purpose of the developed case was to study trends in the development of higher economic education in Russia, Siberia, and specifically in Novosibirsk, as well as to develop measures for transforming approaches to training economists and managers in conjunction with the needs of the regional labor market. The final result was an educational product (case) focused on developing management decisions for adapting the university's educational activities to modern labor market requirements. The key question posed to learners considering the case is to provide a reasoned judgment on whether the university needs economists and managers and to present recommendations for resolving the emerging problematic situation. The practical significance of the presented case lies in preparing practice-oriented management solutions for changing the situation with the recruitment of applicants for 38 UGS at Novosibirsk State University of Economics and Management, as well as for economic universities in Russia as a whole. 3. TEACHING MASTERY IN THE DIGITAL AGE: THE MENTORSHIP TRAJECTORY OF MENTORSHIP The project was implemented in collaboration with the University Partnership Center and the Department of Digital Strategic Development and Partnership of the Higher School of Economics, in coordination with the management authorities of the Kursk region. The project aimed to enhance teaching mastery based on mentorship, but mentorship was implemented in an unusual form – in collaboration with the Kursk Institute for Educational Development, a project was initiated to create a system for developing digital competencies among education system workers (teachers) using digital assistants (students). During the implementation of this product, an original authorial holistic approach to forming and developing digital competencies among education sector workers in conditions of digitalization was proposed for the first time, where continuous improvement of digital competencies is necessary. The originality of the approach lies in the fact that teaching mastery grows through mentorship, while mentors are students who are younger than those they mentor but possess more advanced digital competencies. The client for this product was the Kursk Institute for Educational Development, based at which the project was actually implemented with the involvement of regional universities (Kursk State University and Southwest State University).
