Women labor protection: problems of legal regulation

The theme of the graduation project is «Women labor protection: problems of legal regulation».Volume of diploma project is 64 pages, it contains 66 literature sources.Keywords: labor protection, women, special regulation of certain categories of workers.Object of the study of the graduation project is a complex of social relations that arises and functions in the field of protection of female labor.Subject of the research - legal acts governing the recruitment and use of female labor, legally responsible party relations.This project consists of an introduction, two chapters, and a conclusion. In the introduction is shown the urgency of the chosen theme, formulated goal and objectives of the study, indicated the object and subject of the study.The first chapter is devoted to the study of theoretical issues, it reveals the concept, the essence of labor protection, as well as reveals the concept of women's labor through the gaps and conflicts in legislation.The second chapter has the analysis of the norms of the ILO and the United Nations Organization, the analysis of the Russian legislation of the protection of women labor. Possible proposals have been made for a «reception» of relevant rules of foreign laws into the Russian legislation. Conclusion contains the main conclusions and proposals aimed at improving the legislation on protection of women labor in the Russian Federation.
