External Audit for an Increase of Company’s Investment Attractiveness in Terms of International Business

The research investigates the influence of external audit on company`s attractiveness for investors in the international business. Historical development of audit as a science and as a kind of practical activity is analyzed in the thesis as well as the situation in the international and domestic Russian markets. The paper also focuses on economic analysis in audit as a way to measure the efficiency of financial and economic activity of the company.
