Implementation of a project management office in a company

During the implementation and adaptation of project management an organization is facing a number of challenges, both from the side of management and external environment.The relevance of this research lies in the fact that in today's world of business activities companies participate in several directions, so that they have a wide range of business processes. Since the number of business processes in a modern company is large enough, very important factor for its successful functioning in the market is the existence of strict rules of implementation of these processes, i.e., the presence of their regulations. The introduction of clear regulations allow for a certain period to identify most of the shortcomings and improve the effectiveness of the reserves of the company, which will increase the company's competitiveness in the market.The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of maturity of project management and development of processes regulations of project management in a group of companies "Custom Capital".The first chapter is devoted to the theoretical aspects of project management. The approaches to the concept of the project, project management are considered. Methodological approaches to the formation of governance structures in project management are highlighted. The role and tasks of the project office are designated and project management maturity models are discussed.The second chapter is devoted to a brief characterization of the group of companies "Custom Capital". The analysis of the life cycle of projects and project management processes across the enterprise is carried out.In the third chapter regulations of project management processes are developed to improve the project functioning of the company.
