The leasing contract in private international law

Wide distribution of leasing contracts in many countries, and also in the sphere of international partnership, plus differences in the legal regulation of the lease agreement at the level of national legislation caused a necessity of unification of the rules on international leasing. This is confirmed by examining the internal legal regulations of several countries.In this connection, in the present study analyzed the international regulations with regard to leasing relationships. When comparing the considered sources of conclusions on the rights and duties, responsibility of the parties in the lease agreement, as well as about the role of each of the sources in the regulation of such relations.
