The Possibilities of Using Japaneese Model of Management in Host Countries by the Example of Russia

This paper examines the possibilities of using the Japanese model of management in host countries by the example of Russia. The structure of work is represented by introduction, five chapters, conclusion, list of references and appendices.The study is devoted to the problems of adaptation of Japanese experience to the conditions of the Russian market. The thesis of the research is that the Japanese model of management can be implemented in the RF on a wide scale despite some existing problems.The attention is paid to the main features of the Japanese social and economic model, to the assessment of state of the economy of Japan and to the analysis of corporate culture. Moreover, lean manufacturing is analyzed as a management philosophy derived from the Japanese management techniques.The novelty of this research lies in exploring problems of implementation of the model in the Russian market. Moreover, radical transformation in the Russian market in recent years provides the relevance of this research.
