<p> </p><p>This research is dedicated to the definition of foreign trade transaction in different branches of law. It was analyzed the definitions in legal acts. The essential criterions were displayed on the basis of arbitral practice. The whole chapter is devoted to public entities as a participants of foreign trade activity.</p>
