<p>Since the beginning of the era of economic reform, the Chinese government has been confronted with the negative factors in the socio-economic sphere. One of the central issues was pollution of environment. Cause problems in the field of ecology was overly active use of the natural resource potential of the biosphere. As a result, in front of the leadership of China originated a necessary task to take a series of adequate measures to stabilize the situation in the field of conservation. Besides the obvious factor was the need of finding new ways, China&#39;s development strategy in the XXI century.</p>
