<p>Nowadays many contries and international organizations pay attention to the rights of persons with disabilities.There is a huge range of problems that prevent persons &nbsp;with disabilities have equal rights with other people. To solve these problems, the Russian Federation has developed a state program to improve the environment for the disabled people &quot;Dostupnaya Sreda&quot;. One of these problems is that modern society needs to shape a tolerant attitude towards persons with disabilities. Thus the purpose of information support program &quot;Dostupnaya Sreda&quot; is to solve the problem. This research contains the recommendations of information and PR-support program &quot;Dostupnaya Sreda&quot;, and also summarizes and explains the basis of theoretical concepts related to the topic of information support , particularly information support of government programs.</p>
