Informational and PR Support for Governmental Program "Dostupnaya Sreda", Aimed at the Advancement of Disabled People's Environment

<p>Nowadays many contries and international organizations pay attention to the rights of persons with disabilities.There is a huge range of problems that prevent persons  with disabilities have equal rights with other people. To solve these problems, the Russian Federation has developed a state program to improve the environment for the disabled people "Dostupnaya Sreda". One of these problems is that modern society needs to shape a tolerant attitude towards persons with disabilities. Thus the purpose of information support program "Dostupnaya Sreda" is to solve the problem. This research contains the recommendations of information and PR-support program "Dostupnaya Sreda", and also summarizes and explains the basis of theoretical concepts related to the topic of information support , particularly information support of government programs.</p>
