Balanced Scorecard in Retail Area

<p>&nbsp;</p><p>Thus, the <strong>main aim</strong> of this study is to develop set of actions, which a successful retail manager should follow to implement balanced scorecard to her business.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Three main tasks</strong> were outlined for this research work. The first is to identify and to classify possible problems that retailers face during BSC implementation. The second one is to find solutions for these problems. And the last one is to combine solutions found to a set of actions for a successful implementation.</p><p>Main result of this study is a completed set of actions,&nbsp;which a successful retail manager should follow to implement balanced scorecard to her business.</p>
