Organization of the System of Innovative Entrepreneurship Development at the Regional Level in the Russian Federation

<p>Dissertation research focus on building an innovative environment and measures directly stimulate entrepreneurial activity at the regional level, as well as improvement of these mechanisms at the national level.</p><p>The aim of the dissertation research is to develop practical recommendations for the creation of a regional system of innovation entrepreneurship development in Russia.</p><p>Realization of a goal caused the solution of the following interconnected tasks: develop a conceptual apparatus to facilitate replication of the developed system; to define the basic principles of formation of innovative system, to reveal distinctions between national and regional levels; to define the nature of interaction of national and regional levels in effective innovative system; to reveal the main groups of subjects of innovative activity, to define their role in innovative system;&nbsp; to study the international and domestic experience of formation and development of innovative systems, various level; to reveal the main prerequisites and restrictions of formation of effective regional innovative system in the Nizhny Novgorod Region; to develop methods on formation of effective system of development of innovative business, a particular, and innovations, generally; to develop methods of an assessment of efficiency of the proposed solutions.</p><p>Object of research are innovative systems of the Russian Federation (National innovative system) and the Nizhny Novgorod Region (Regional innovative system).</p><p>The subject of research is the development of methods of organization and innovation system in the region.</p><p>In the course of dissertation research the following results were received.</p><p>The conceptual apparatus in the field of innovations, and also classification of innovations and typology of innovative infrastructure is clarified. Shows the structure of the innovation system, to determine the difference between the national and regional levels. The main groups of subjects of innovative activity, their purpose and task are defined. Structures of the organization of work and problem of the organization of innovative activity are analyzed.</p><p>Considered foreign and domestic experience of building a national innovation system as a whole. On an example, the Nizhny Novgorod Region, experience of formation of regional innovative system is considered. Problems of domestic innovative system at national and regional levels are defined.</p><p>Offers on development of the innovative environment, as a whole, and innovative business in particular are formulated. The concept of interregional innovative system is developed. Describes the expected results from the introduction of proposals and concepts. Produced an indicator to measure the effectiveness of the proposed solutions.</p>
