Motivation of Employees in Health Care System

<p>The study is devoted to the staff motivation in the healthcare sector. Theoretical part contains concept of motivation, main theories of motivation and analyses of peculiarity of medical motivation. Practical part is based on results of questionnaire survey of medical staff in Moscow city polyclinic. There was identified problems of current motivation system and recommendations for imrovement. This study will be useful for not only managers of polyclinic, but also for other medical organizations.</p>
