Development of Launch Strategy of Innovative Product

<p>The object of the master&#39;s thesis is &quot;Transfer Exchange&quot; LTD with its tourism portal Click4.travel.</p><p>Click4.travel - an online portal , which is designed to help tourists and domestic tour operators&nbsp; find each other the most convenient and cost-effective way.</p><p>The subject of this study is Click4.travel entry strategy for Russian market.</p><p>The aim of this study - to determine the stage of the Click4.travel project and propose an&nbsp; entry strategy for Russian Federation market.</p><p>To achieve the above objective is necessary to solve the following tasks:</p><p>1. Consider the theoretical aspects of the development of innovative projects;</p><p>2 . Provide an overview of the most scientific world popular models of development innovative project;</p><p>3 . Give a brief description of the Click4.travel project ;</p><p>4 . Determine the stage of development of the Click4.travel project ;</p><p>5 . Provide recommendations for the further development of the strategy of innovation project.</p><p>The master&#39;s thesis consists of an introduction , three chapters and a conclusion. The first chapter discusses the theoretical aspects of the development of innovative projects by reviewing the work of scholars such as Stephen Kline (Stephen Kline), Nathan Rosenberg (Nathan Rosenberg), Robert Cooper (Robert G. Cooper), Roswell Roy (Roy Rothwell), Steven Wheelwright (Steven C. Wheelwright) and Kim Clark (Kim B. Clark). Also in the first chapter deals with the experience of Internet projects competing with Click4.travel tourist service.</p><p>The second chapter deals with the activities of the Click4.travel project. Described in detail the enterprise itself , considered from different points of view. The chapter analyzes the situation of the Click4.travel project according to theoretical aspects of development of innovative projects on the example of the most suitable models.</p><p>The third chapter relying on information from the first two chapters offer a detailed strategy for the further development of the innovative Click4.travel project. The chapter is consider such strategy aspects , as the commercialization of the project, user segmentation, differentiation from competitors, market positioning, project risks. Also it is provides recommendations for parts of 4P strategy.</p>
