<p>Object of research of the presented graduation qualifying paper is the Legal Regulation of Obligatory Pension Insurance of Non-government Pension Fund as an Insurer.<br /><br />The purposes of the paper are:<br /><br />comparison of &quot;old&quot; and &quot;new&quot; organizational and legal forms of non-goverment pension funds, and also the license conditions shown to non-goverment pension funds and also to study an order of carrying out reorganization;<br /><br />consideration of a role of non-goverment pension funds in operating system of obligatory pension insurance, consideration of the something new in the Russian legislation &ndash; system of guaranteeing the rights of the insured persons;<br /><br />consideration of the contract on obligatory pension insurance.</p>
