<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>The structure of the </strong><strong>Master&rsquo;s thesis</strong><strong>.</strong> The work includes the introduction, 2 chapters, conclusions, literature review of 37 items, 3 appendixes. Total work content consists of 66 pages including 10 tables, 6 figures, 2 schemes and 3 histograms.</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Keywords: </strong>education management, a master&#39;s program, Blended learning, full-time study, E- learning, distance learning, Learning Management System, the Current Reality Tree, an improvement. &nbsp;</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Title of </strong><strong>master&#39;s thesis</strong><strong>:</strong> &laquo;Management of the Master&rsquo;s Program in Education Administration in HSE - Nizhny Novgorod&raquo;.</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>The purpose</strong> of my research is to <em>identify</em>&nbsp;methods and ways of management process&nbsp;<em>improvement</em>&nbsp;in distance learning periods&nbsp;realized by Master&rsquo;s Program in Education Administration in HSE - Nizhny Novgorod.</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>The object</strong>&nbsp;is the Management of the Master&rsquo;s Program in Education Administration in HSE - Nizhny Novgorod.</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>The </strong><strong>subjec</strong>t is management of the distance learning realized &nbsp;by Master&rsquo;s Program in Education Administration in HSE - Nizhny Novgorod.</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>The basic provision</strong> of the work is that the education management improvement will be possible if we includes following statements:</p><ul><li style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;the order of lector&rsquo;s work will be based on participation of teaching staff in organization of distance learning period;</li><li style="text-align: justify;">study will be oriented on students. It will reduce student complaints and increase their achievement scores.&nbsp;</li></ul><p style="text-align: justify;">To achieve our purpose the following <strong>tasks</strong> were solved.</p><ol><li style="text-align: justify;">Master&rsquo;s Program in Education Administration in HSE - Nizhny Novgorod briefly described. The features of the implementation of the educational process in the distance learning periods were identified.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">The main problems of management process&nbsp;improvement&nbsp;in distance learning periods&nbsp;were identified.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">The economic benefits of realization of Master&rsquo;s Program in Education Administration in HSE - Nizhny Novgorod E-learning were shown.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">We developed and introduced the student&rsquo;s&nbsp; questionnaire,&nbsp; the form for collecting &nbsp;information needed for organization and implementation of distance learning periods from teachers, template of the roadmap for teacher.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">We established the main ways and methods management process&nbsp;<em>improvement</em>&nbsp;in distance learning periods&nbsp;realized &nbsp;by Master&rsquo;s Program in Education Administration in HSE - Nizhny Novgorod on 2014/2015 academic year.</li></ol><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Theoretical and normative framework</strong> of the thesis consists of:</p><ul><li style="text-align: justify;">normative legal documents of the Russian Federation;</li><li style="text-align: justify;">local documents of HSE and HSE - Nizhny Novgorod;</li><li style="text-align: justify;">scientific and educational literature (books, articles from journals, electronic resources, abstracts of thesis and other).</li></ul><p style="text-align: justify;">The research is based on the complex of theoretical and empirical methods: comparison, monitoring, study of primary and secondary documents on the topic of work, the method of participant observation, questionnaire, expert evaluation, graphical representation, system analysis.</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>The approbation and introduction of the results</strong>. The main results were presented at the annual IX (IV international) scientific and practical conference &quot;Modern management technologies as the drivers of economic growth&quot; (St. Petersburg, April 18, 2014). The results of the participation of the conference will be a publication on the topic: &quot;The experience of the implementation of distance learning in Master&rsquo;s Program in Education Administration in the HSE - Nizhny Novgorod.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Specific practical recommendations are used on management process&nbsp;of the distance learning periods realized &nbsp;by Master&rsquo;s Program in Education Administration in HSE - Nizhny Novgorod</p>
