<p>Keywords: orientation program, introduction program, organizational entry, adaptation, recruitment agency, newcomer, new employee, Business Development Manager, BDM.</p><p>The objective of this project helps to illuminate interdependence process of adaptation and orientation. This issue presupposes practical emphasis on developing orientation program in connection with the need for recruitment company Adecco.</p><p>The research focused on the adaptation of new employees in commercial companies.</p><p>Object of study is specificity of the introduction process in the Adecco Group employees for the position of business development manager.</p><p>Theoretical objective of the study is the scientific rationale for implementing the orientation program in commercial companies.</p><p>Also, the researcher faced with a number of practical tasks that are successfully completed:</p><p>1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; identified and described the functional features of Adecco Group in Nizhny Novgorod branch, which affect the process of adaptation of new employees;</p><p>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; studied the experience of the leading companies in the sphere of developing adaptation programs and orientation programs;</p><p>3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; developed the orientation program for business development manager position for Nizhny Novgorod branch of Adecco Group.</p><p>A theoretical problem was solved through analysis and synthesis of psychological, sociological, biological literature and literature on management.</p><p>In accordance with the purpose, to solve practical problems, using the following methods: focused interview with the head of department in Nizhny Novgorod branch of Adecco Group, a survey of&nbsp; employees in the branch, as well as the analysis of the Adecco&#39;s documentation.</p><p>In accordance with the objectives and tasks of the study:</p><p>1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Developed the positions&#39; profile and the job description for BDM position in Adecco Group.</p><p>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Developed the plan of newcomer&#39;s handbook, which is a necessary complement to the orientation program;</p><p>3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Developed the orientation program, whereby the company will: reduce the time needed to search right employee, improve the process of adaptation a newcomer, reduce turnover, and be more competitive.</p>
