Efficiency Audit in Stimulating Investment Activities of the Organization

<p align="center"><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p>The research topic is &ldquo;Efficiency Audit in Stimulating Investment Activities of the Organization&rdquo;.</p><p>Keywords: efficiency audit, investment activities, real investment, the commercial sector, methods and instruments for stimulating.</p><p>The goal of the present study is the methods and instruments definition of efficiency audit for the organization investment activities stimulation.</p><p>It can be achieved by solving the following objectives:</p><p><strong>- </strong>to determine the notion, goals and objectives of efficiency audit;</p><p><strong>- </strong>to describe the methods, criteria and instruments of efficiency audit;</p><p><strong>- </strong>to identify the concept and types of the investment activities, its financing sources;</p><p><strong>- </strong>to choose the direction of real investment in the organization;</p><p><strong>- </strong>to analyze the role of audit methods and instruments in stimulating investment activity;</p><p><strong>- </strong>to conduct the financial analysis of &ldquo;Profstroy&rdquo;;</p><p><strong>- </strong>to select the methods and instruments of efficiency audit for stimulating investment activities in &ldquo;Profstroy&rdquo;.</p><p>Area of the research is limited by the&nbsp; commercial sector of economy and real investments.</p><p>Object of the research is Russian company &mdash; &nbsp;&ldquo;Profstroy&rdquo; LLC.</p><p>The volume of the research is 74 pages, it contains 5 pictures and 41 table; 27 sources were used.</p><p>The investigation includes an introduction, three chapters, conclusion and bibliography.</p><p>The introduction discloses the relevance of topic research, raises a goals of the study, defines an objectives, that help to achieve it. In addition, the area and the object of investigation are determined.</p><p>In the first chapter the notion of efficiency audit is defined. The author sets its goal and objectives. The main methods that are used during this test, and performance measures is described. The author provides a definition of efficiency audit and gives examples of it.</p><p>In the second chapter the author investigates investment activity: the concept, types and sources of funding; develops the plan to select the direction of investment for companies that do not have a long-term investment policy; defines the role of efficiency audit tools in improving of investment attractiveness of the organization.</p><p>In the third chapter the author presents financial analysis of &nbsp; &ldquo;Profstroy&rdquo; LLC. The main problems of the enterprise, which negatively affect the investment attractiveness, were identified. The use of certain methods and tools of efficiency audit to stimulating investment activities of &quot;Profstroy&quot; was proposed.</p><p>Conclusion devoted to the main inference on the work done.</p>
