Improving business efficiency due to automation business processes.

<p>The present paper is entitled &laquo;Improving business efficiency due to automation business processes&raquo;. The research is aimed at considering automation of business processes in the Russian business environment and its analysis in the context of improving the efficiency of enterprises.</p><p>Structure of the study includes an introduction, three chapters and conclusion. The introduction reveals novelty and urgency of the present study, the main hypotheses put forward and aroused theoretical and empirical problems.</p><p>In the first chapter the theoretical analysis of literature, is provided in order to distinguish: the possible ways of automation business processes; performance indicators, used to assess the implementation of automated systems; critical factors for successful implementation. In addition, this chapter presents Russian statistics and market structure dynamics of ERP solutions, designed to automate business processes and potential market leader in automated accounting systems and management - 1C &ndash; was identified.</p><p>In the empirical part of the present research collected information about implementation of program products 1C in various market segments of automated accounting systems is presented. In order to gather information the following methods were used: analysis of quantitative information from a database of 1C:April Soft was gained and present in form of detailed statistics about the dynamics and structure of the software market of not only ERP solutions, but in addition of the market of module automation in Nizhny Novgorod ; &quot;Cold calling &quot; -&nbsp; in order to evaluate the results of automation and factors of successful implementation , critical for Russian companies.</p><p>The last chapter of the work represents comprehensive analysis of the results obtained in foreign studies and data obtained in the empirical part of the present research. In order to better reflect the correlation between performance indicators and factors of successful implementation the correlation analysis was also provided.</p><p>This study confirms the unique ways of automation business processes in Russia and encourages further empirical research. Within the framework of the presented study, based on foreign studies, this research is verifying improving business efficiency due to automating business processes in the context of specific performance indicators. In addition, the study presents data about the correlation of the performance indicators and factors, affected successful implementation of automated accounting systems and management at Russian enterprises.</p>
