Directions of improvement of a financial condition of the organization

<p>The topic of this study is &laquo;Directions of improvement of a financial condition of the organization&raquo;. The paper is connected with some essential questions in the field of financial management and analysis. First of all, it is necessary to note that financial condition is the most important economic characteristic of the organization, which allows us make conclusions concerning the effectiveness of the company. In the modern competitive conditions many companies encounter decrease of liquidity and loss of profitability. In order to avoid a financial instability, it is necessary to conduct reliable and transparent analysis of the financial condition of the organization regularly. The purpose of my study is the examination of the theoretical aspects of the financial analysis and its practical application so that improvements of the financial condition of the company was identified and justified. To achieve the goal, there are three objectives which have to be carried out. The first is the examination of the theoretical aspects of the financial analysis. The second is conducting of the analysis of the FSUE &laquo;Mining and Chemical Combine&raquo;. The final objective is development of the direction for improving the financial condition of the organization. There are introduction, three chapters, conclusion, bibliography and appendices in the study. Issue of reliable appraisal of the financial condition is quite significant at present. A lot of investigations of foreign and native authors was devoted to the subject. Therefore the first part of my project is a kind of summary of the existing methods of the assessment and improving of the financial state of the organization. Whereas the analysis of any company requires specific approach, the emphasis is put on the practical part of the study. As the information basis for the analysis was used the financial statements of the FSUE &laquo;Mining and Chemical Combine&raquo;. In the framework of my study, there were used such methods as analysis and synthesis, graphical method,&nbsp; linguistic method,&nbsp; method of comparison, method of chain substitutions. Research results are possible measures to improve the financial condition of the organization. In addition, assessment of the proposed changes was performed and necessary appropriate findings were made.&nbsp;</p>
