Features of Management of the Organization During the Period of Change

<p>The idea of the importance of the environment and the need to consider the factors acting on all organizations in management theory originated in the late 1950s . It became one of the most important contributions to the development of a systematic approach of management , as this idea emphasized that managers need to consider the organization as a unity of interdependent parts that are closely related with the outside world . Situational approach extended the theory of systems , by developing a new concept: the most appropriate in a given situation is due to the specific method of management of internal and external factors that characterize the organization and influencing it.</p><p>The process of change , as well as any other process in an organization needs to manage. Otherwise, it may have a negative effect on the company , which can lead to significant financial and time losses. That is why the recently developed such a trend in management, change management .</p><p>The object of this work is to study the company&#39;s operations . Subject of research - changes. The aim of the work is to determine the changes carried out poorly , as well as offer recommendations for improving the process of change.</p><p>Main tasks necessary to achieve this goal :</p><p>&bull; Expand the concept of &quot;organization&quot;</p><p>&bull; clarify the concept of &#39;change&#39; ;</p><p>&bull; learn basic strategies for change;</p><p>&bull; Identify features of the company&#39;s management in a period of change ;</p><p>&bull; an example of a particular company to identify changes that have been made ​​poorly</p><p>&bull; Identify how making changes to meet the affected employees;</p><p>&bull; make recommendations to improve the process of change.</p><p>In the process of writing the work following methods were used : analysis, synthesis , questioning, oral questioning , comparing , comparison, and analysis of documents.</p><p>As a result of all the tasks and the goal was achieved , was analyzed changes made in the company, as well as recommendations on the elimination of discontent staff of the changes.</p><p>The company also planned to further changes and offered a list of recommendations for further work.</p>
