<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>Annotation for the current research paper</strong></p><p align="center"><strong>&ldquo;Public-private Partnerships as a Form of Business-Government Interactions (the Case of &laquo;DiSiCon&raquo; Ltd.)&rdquo;</strong></p><p align="center"><strong>by the student Chirikov Svyatolsav Mikhailovich</strong></p><p align="center"><strong>Argument consultant &ndash; Varfolomeev Anton Alexandrovich,</strong> <strong>candidate of political sciences,</strong> <strong>docent</strong></p><p align="center"><strong>General and Strategic Management department</strong></p><p align="center"><strong>Intramural form of study</strong></p><p style="text-align: justify;">Keywords: Public-private partnership, business incubator, grants, &quot;DiSiKon&quot;</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Graduate work is devoted to the analysis of the interaction of &quot;DiSiKon&quot; and the state.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">The basis of public-private partnership in Nizhny Novgorod region are joint programs that support new and innovative companies which help to cope with possible problems, providing a place to work, support services, networking opportunities and vocational training.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">The aim of research &ndash; to analyze and identify the mechanisms how the government helps companies and what it can offer for start-ups.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Objectives of the study:</p><ul><li style="text-align: justify;">to investigate the history and theoretical foundations of public-private partnership</li><li style="text-align: justify;">to characterize the most common tools and methods for PPP</li><li style="text-align: justify;">to review the history of the company &quot;DiSiKon&quot;</li><li style="text-align: justify;">to consider the stages and methods of interaction of the company &quot;DiSiKon&quot; Innovation and Nizhny Novgorod Business inkubatoraCLEVER</li><li style="text-align: justify;">to find out the problematic aspects of cooperation of the state and the companies involved in the implementation of PPP projects, focusing on the experience of LLC &quot;DiSiKon&quot;</li></ul><p style="text-align: justify;">Object of research &ndash; public-private partnership between the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod region and the company &quot;DiSiKon&quot;.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Subject of research &ndash; normative legal acts that regulate relationship between the company &quot;DiSiKon&quot; and business incubator &laquo;Clever&raquo;.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">In solving research problems the analysis was used as the primary method of theoretical knowledge, namely the analysis of the legal framework governing PPPs in the Nizhny Novgorod region. To receive results of the study were used empirical data collection methods: the study of internal documents and charters CLEVER business incubator and the company &quot;DiSiKon&quot; regulating their activities, as well as an interview with the director of the company &quot;DiSiKon&quot; from April 25, 2014 - expert in PPP Nizhny Novgorod region.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Results of the study are the following: identification of the instruments of public-private partnerships, exploration of business incubators mechanisms, (how it helps the company from inception of the idea, its implementation, and to the formation of the company), identification of the problems that arise in the interaction with the state and its institutions and finally during the interview, was found what you need to do to get support from the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod region.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Within the work the conclusions are made: business incubator, as an intermediary between the state and business in the Nizhny Novgorod region is a complete structure that has already been formed and continues to evolve. There are becoming more support funds from the state and it says about the positive dynamics in the development of public-private partnership.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Results of the study will be useful primarily to people who are thinking about how to start their own business and how to succeed in it. The study may also be useful for entrepreneurs who have started their business, but want to increase their profits through cost reduction in the interaction with the state.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">The work consists of 76 pages, represented by an introduction, two chapters, conclusion, bibliography and an application, refers to 52 sources.</p>
