<p align="center">Abstract</p><p align="center">&nbsp;</p><p>Theme: &laquo;Human resource management system, its analysis and improvement methods&raquo;.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Author: Alexander Gorin.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Key words: human resource management, motivation, personnel evaluation system.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The aim of the present research is to analyze human resource management system and event development to improve the HR system.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>In accordance with the stated purpose and the author were set and solved the following problems:</p><p>-to explore the theoretical and methodological basis for the formation;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;-to give a general description of the organization and the study to examine the current system of personnel management;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>-to develop measures for its improvement;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;-to give economic evaluation proposed activities.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Object of the research &ndash; &laquo;Technopark&raquo; Ltd.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The research is focused on HR management system.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The volume of the research is 70 pages; 50 sources were used.</p><p>The investigation includes an introduction, three chapters, conclusion and bibliography.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The introduction reveals the relevance of research in this area, raise the problem and purpose of the study, provides information about the problem elaboration, defines an object, a subject of scientific research, underlines the tasks. There is describing, why human resourse management system is so important for all companies.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>In the first chapter contains the aim of the present research is to analyze human resource management system and event development to improve the HR system.</p><p>In the second chapter the author explores the theoretical and methodological basis for the formation.</p><p>In the second chapter given an analysis and diagnosis of the personnel management system as an example Ltd. &quot;Technopark&quot;, analysis of the dynamics, structure and personnel management system, given the organizational and economic characteristics of &quot;Technopark&quot; Ltd. and evaluation of personnel motivation system.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>In the third chapter of the study there is discovered events to improve the HR system.</p><p>Produced design and implementation of the system described in the staff appraisal. The measures to improve staff motivation system. The prognosis of the effectiveness of implementation of the proposed activities.</p><p>The conclusion on it summarizes the development of the investigation.</p><p>Conclusion devoted to the main inference on the work done.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
