Effectiveness factors of website as a channel of communication between photographers and clients

<p align="center" style="margin-left:-1.0cm;"><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p style="margin-left:-1.0cm;">At the moment, there are websites to find photographers on the Internet. Photographers use them to promote their services on the network. Many articles are written with a study about effectiveness factors of tourist , banking, educational subjects of web sites, but the study of web site factors about searching photographers has not yet been conducted.</p><p style="margin-left:-1.0cm;">The purpose of research is to identify factors website performance surf photographers.</p><p style="margin-left:-1.0cm;">The project of website was developed in our senior thesis. The functional part of the website bases on the consumer behaviors of two user groups: photographers and clients. We conducted interviews with photographers and their clients. We wanted to know how specialists are looking for customers. Having based on the information we have built consumer behavior model for photographers. The model shows that photographers search customers using the Internet. On their websites or social networking pages, they paste and update portfolio, agree to meet with clients. Therefore, we include on the website the following functional blocks: the creation of a portfolio, add and edit information about the photographer, customer feedback.</p><p style="margin-left:-1.0cm;">We used a similar scheme to create the required functionality of website for clients. According to the model shows that customers are looking for and browse the portfolio specialist in the Internet. Then select photographers by criteria (cost, portfolio and work experience), and then connect with appropriate specialist. Therefore, the website included the following functional blocks: the search specialists by criteria, view portfolio, add photographer to favorites, write to specialist.</p><p style="margin-left:-1.0cm;">After completion of website development, we conducted study of the effectiveness for each factor. A survey was conducted (50 clients, 50 photographers), and data were filmed from analytical systems (Google Analytics, Yandex Metric). The measurements were made in terms of: usability, utility, learnability, satisfaction, effectiveness, efficiency.</p><p style="margin-left:-1.0cm;">In the result of study we removed from the list of factors website performance : certificates from the registration page for the photographer, and on the data page of the photographer; experience of specialist in the search page; name of order on page &quot;Dialogue&quot;; name value and the date of order from information is visible to everybody .</p><p style="margin-left:-1.0cm;">We have compiled a list of factors of website effectiveness. This list includes factors that require editing: ordering form; playback mode of photos. To understand how to change performance indicators when editing factors to necessary to conduct another study, which may be the reason for developing senior thesis into something more.</p><p>�i\x06� � \x02�p: ��A �атели, предоставляемые аналитическими системами (Google Analytics, Яндекс Метрика). Измерения велись по показателям: usability, utility, learnbility, satisfaction, effectiveness, efficiency.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p style="margin-left:-1.0cm;">В нашей работе мы выдвинули две гипотезы. Мы предположили, что весь список контента и функционала необходим на сайте. Но исследование показало, что не все элементы контента и функционала из списка являются эффективными факторами (частота показателя удовлетворенности пользователей ниже 50%, что означает, что более половине респондентов субъективно не нравится фактор). Мы удалили из списка факторов эффективности сайта: сертификаты со страницы регистрации фотографа, и на странице данных о фотографе; опыт работы в форме поиска фотографа; название съемки при оформлении заказа на странице &laquo;Диалога&raquo;; название стоимость и дату съемки из информации об отзыве видной всем.</p><p style="margin-left:-1.0cm;">Мы составили список факторов эффективности сайта по поиску фотографов. В этот список попали факторы, которые требуют редактирования: форма оформления заказа, по мнению нескольких респондентов незаметна, поэтому ее нужно выделить; в режиме просмотра фотографий не хватает навигации закрытия режима. Что бы понять насколько изменяться показатели эффективности при редактировании факторов, необходимо проводить другое исследование, которое может стать поводом для развития темы диссертации и перерастания ее во что-то большее.</p><p style="margin-left:-1.0cm;">&nbsp;</p>
