<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>The Summary</strong></p><p style="text-align: justify;">As the result of development of information-oriented society and e-government to form the integrated space of trust to e-documents becomes the most actual and important object. This object is based on modern IT infrastructure. The progress in the area of ICT has high rate of increase, such as Law itself usually doesn&rsquo;t make the progress so fast and tries to hurry on after IT. The good example of this situation is electronic document flow. There is no difficulty today to create any kind of electronic document flow, but when the problem faces the need of relevance in law a lot of problems appear. The answers to these questions need the deep analysis. This Work is devoted to identify the necessary legal and infrastructure solutions to organize the integrated space of trust for legal significance and relevance of electronic document . In the study the current state of the problem - the level of development and necessary conditions for legally relevant electronic document was analyzed; the concept , functions and features, the necessary details of the electronic document were defined . A content analysis of the legal requirements to the electronic document was opened as a topic and analyzed; the concept of electronic documents and legislative approaches were also defined . Foreign experience of document management was also included into the Work ; the concept of the legal significance of electronic document and the necessary legal conditions its support were defined, as well as a series of organizational measures and technological requirements . Conclusions and implications received from the Work can be used when drafting legal acts aimed at ensuring a legally significant electronic document . The results can be used in comprehensive scientific studies on the legal regulation of electronic document .</p>
