All these factors cause the need for competent management of the company.</p><p>Today to competently implement policies and effective management of the company to maximize profits, as well as to ensure the competitiveness and visibility of the company, you need a quality control at every stage of the company.</p><p>Administrative activity - it is a complex and multifaceted process that requires control and related activities at all stages of its implementation. That is why in the present conditions of monopolistic competition managers, managers must be able to work with the goals and values ​​of the company, to be an effective link in internal and external communications, as well as select the employees of the company and to efficiently use their professionalism in business.</p><p>Effective management of activities helps to ensure the company&#39;s image for a long period. Today the company&#39;s success largely depends on the manager&#39;s core competencies, the clever use of which will allow to build an effective communication policy, and provides a stable growth of the company&#39;s competitiveness in the eyes of consumers.</p><p>The relevance of this work lies in the fact that in today&#39;s highly competitive and aggressive, there are many approaches to the management of the organization. The main task of the manager-manager, using the core competencies, create an effective system of control and communication links not only within the company, but first and foremost the creation of external relations. Thus, the manager-manager should be involved at different stages of the management process - planning, forecasting, motivation, decision making, control, communications software, etc.</p><p>As a result, the surface manager-manager approach to its core functions, many companies simply can not build a competent management activities, resulting in the company remain competitive, which entails an unjustified increase in costs, loss of image among market participants and consumers.</p><p>The aim of this work is to analyze the key competencies of managers, managers using the American and Japanese models of management and allocation of the key, the most important functions needed to create an effective management in the Russian organization &quot;M-Video&quot;.</p><p>To achieve these goals it is necessary to:</p><p>- Conduct an analysis of the major theoretical approaches to the definition of the organization, management activities and core competencies manager-manager;</p><p>- Conduct an analysis of the American and the Japanese model of management of the company and highlight the key competence of managers-managers on company SONY and Apple;</p><p>- Analyze the Russian model management in the company &quot;M-Video&quot; to develop effective manager-manager competencies for effective activity of the company.</p><p>Objects of study are core competencies of managers, managers in organizations is the subject of research - the key competencies manager-manager of the company &quot;M-Video&quot;.</p><p>In this paper, three chapters. The first chapter contains the theoretical aspects: basic concepts and definition of organization and management, as well in this chapter examines the key competence of the manager-manager. The second chapter describes the American and Japanese management model companies and highlights the key competence of managers, managers of companies SONY and Apple.
