Software module development for loading logging data

<p>Remoteness of field parties, and also reduction of terms of providing the conclusion to customers of geophysical works result in need of fast transfer geophysical information on communication channels from a well. For the solution of this problem it is necessary to compress basic data. And extent of compression has to be more than standard algorithms.</p><p>To compress data tenfolds, it is necessary to use non-standard algorithms. That is to consider basic data not as a senseless set of bytes, and as information in the form of the channels consisting of registered signals at a certain depth. To submit these data in the necessary view, they need to be read specifically from the file.</p><p>The purpose of this work is development of the software, allowing to transform logging data so that their transfer became effective.</p><p>Research problems include:</p><p style="margin-left:71.45pt;">1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Carrying out the review of existing ways of data transmission from a well.</p><p style="margin-left:71.45pt;">2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Carrying out the analysis of business processes in geophysics.</p><p style="margin-left:71.45pt;">3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Requirements formulation of software design.</p><p style="margin-left:71.45pt;">4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Design of the program module of loading.</p><p style="margin-left:71.45pt;">5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Development of the program module of loading.</p><p style="margin-left:71.45pt;">6.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; User&#39;s guide writing.</p><p>In work the main channels of wireless data transmission with the description of their advantages and disadvantages are considered. Requirements to data transmission are revealed. Also the analysis of the business processes connected with transfer of logging data was carried out.</p><p>Requirements to the developed software were put. On the basis of requirements design and development of the program module of loading of logging data were carried out. For the developed module the user&#39;s guide was written.</p><p>Creation of the module of loading for the compression program is result of work. The program has to help geophysics to transfer data effectively. Use of this program will allow the geophysical companies to get competitive advantage in their industry.</p>
