<p>Annotation</p><p>The research topic is &ldquo;Financial management in territory spread business-structures&rdquo;.</p><p>Key words: financial management, financial structure, holding, holding structure, offshore, tax optimization</p><p>The purpose of the study is to identify the financial structure and financial management features in territory spread business-structures and to offer possible improvement variations for Mail.Ru Group holding structure.</p><p>To reach the objective of the work the following tasks were formed:</p><p>- to explore the history of holding structures in order to extract the mechanism of their formation;</p><p>- to analyze and to outline the aspects of legal regulation of holding structures in Russia;</p><p>- to identify holding types depending on their activity and territorial belonging;</p><p>- to explore holdings&rsquo; financial structure, to extract the main stages of its formation and to analyze Mail.Ru Group financial structure.</p><p>The subject of the study is the financial structure in holding type companies.</p><p>The object of the study is public corporation Mail.Ru Group.</p><p>The structure of the work is organized as follows: introduction, chapter 1 &mdash; History, legal regulation and classification of holdings; chapter 2 &mdash; Holding financial structure and its description on the example of Mail.Ru Group; chapter 3 &mdash; Possible variations of financial flows optimization in Mail.Ru Group and recommendations for financial management of this company; conclusion.</p><p>The first chapter consists of the brief report on the history of holdings&rsquo; formation and the description of holdings&rsquo; legal regulation in Russia. The chapter also includes holdings&rsquo; classifications due to several criteria.</p><p>The second chapter is devoted to the holdings&rsquo; financial structure description, brief characteristics of the examined company and its&rsquo; financial structure.</p><p>The third chapter consists of Mail.Ru Group financial structure analysis and recommendations for the financial flows optimization.</p><p>Conclusion contains the description of factors, largely affecting the efficiency of financial management in holding structures.</p>
